The challenge

Months of harvests had been mixed across multiple strains - a compliance and packaging dead end. Mixed lots can't be sold as strain-labeled product, and unlabeled mixed flower sells at a much lower price - real value sitting in inventory, locked behind a sorting problem.

What Marvel changed

Marvel's models were trained on the operation's own genetics, then the mixed lots ran through at production speed - every flower graded and routed to its strain's stream, including genetically close strains, separated at high accuracy.

The results

  • The operator's team measured 97% separation accuracy
  • Mixed inventory recovered into sellable, strain-labeled lots
  • Separation ran at production speed, not hand-sorting pace

The 97% figure was measured by the operator's own team; Keirton engineers witnessed separation in the high 90s during the run.

Strain separation is configured per operation and validated on your genetics - the same capability that recovered these lots keeps day-to-day lots from mixing in the first place.
