Documented. Measured.
On production floors, not in a lab.

Yield data and case studies from real cannabis production floors - and operators willing to put their name on it.

Grip Cannabis: 62% off post-harvest labor

Michigan, 60 outdoor acres, and a harvest window the weather sets. Before Marvel: 30 to 50 people working up to 20-hour days, still losing the race, costs in the millions. Grip installed Marvel GEN 3 as the intelligence layer between existing equipment - inspecting every flower for infections and trim quality, auto-routing flagged flower to the T2 Tandem for re-trim. The result: 62% off labor costs, $700,000 saved per harvest season, 100% faster trimming throughput, payback in two weeks.

"2x speed of last season with less than half the crew. Marvel pays for itself in 2 weeks."

- Corey Lord, Postharvest Manager, Grip Cannabis

Christina Lake Cannabis: 2x QC speed, same crew

In 2025, Christina Lake grew harvest volume more than 50% - and QC became the bottleneck. Trimming outran inspection, and bags of finished flower stacked up waiting. They put Marvel directly after trimming: every flower checked and sorted into ready-to-package, micro, defects, or needs-more-trim. QC and QA now run twice as fast with the same crew, the delays are gone, and about $200,000 a year in labor costs went with them.

"Doubled the QC capacity per day without adding any additional labour."

- Mark Aiken, CEO, Christina Lake Cannabis

Why some of this data is anonymous

Most producers guard their post-harvest numbers the way they guard their genetics. Yield, labor cost, and grade ratios are competitive information, and many of our customers participate in evaluations only on the condition that their name stays off the page. We honor that - it's the same confidentiality every Marvel customer's data gets by default. The named studies on this page exist because those operators chose to go public.

Anonymous doesn't mean unverifiable. On a discovery call, ask: we'll connect you with reference customers in a non-competing market, including a site visit, so you can hear the numbers from the operator who lives them.

Double the output. Not the crew.

A large commercial producer doubled annual capacity to 120,000 kg on a T-ZERO PRO + Marvel line: labor cost down 49% (12 people to 7), yield up 7% even on problem strains, A-grade flower up 36%, processing 16% faster. "The increase in A grade flower alone has been worth the investment."

Multi-brand producer, 2,700 lbs/month

OperationFour flower brands, multiple regions
ProblemQuality varied by region and month. Negative reviews were hitting the brands.
ResultThousands of off-spec flowers flagged in month one. Quality complaints down 90% within months.

"Prior to Marvel this data was not available to me. With Marvel, I can see every lot we produce - and drill down to the individual flower if required."

- CEO

When months of harvests got mixed, Marvel unmixed them

A producer came to Marvel with a problem no trimmer causes and no crew can fix at scale: disruption had left lots mixed across multiple months of harvests - genetics scrambled, an inventory's worth of flower headed for undifferentiated blend pricing. Marvel was trained on their cultivars and run against the mixed lots, separating flower back to its original genetics at an accuracy their own team measured at 97%; our engineers witnessed the runs holding in the high 90s. The recovered lots sold as what they were, not as blend - you can price that gap yourself.
