Terms & Conditions - Contest Rules - Twister Technologies

The contest is open to individuals who are at least 19 years of age and have a valid Instagram account.
Participants must follow @twistertrimmer, tag at least one friend in the comments of the contest post, and share the post on their story to be eligible.
Employees of Twister Technologies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
The contest is void where prohibited by law.

The contest starts on February 27, 2024 and ends on March 2, 2024 at 11:59pm PST.
Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be eligible.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Participants must follow all entry requirements to be eligible.
Multiple entries are allowed; each comment tagging a new friend counts as one additional entry.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Twister Technologies.

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
The draw will take place within 24 hours following the end of the Contest Period.
Twister Technologies will notify the winners via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram.
Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

Two winners will each receive one Cure Puck.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Twister Technologies.
Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.

Participants agree to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information for the purposes of the contest. Personal information will be used only for contest administration and for no other purpose, unless otherwise consented to by the participant.

Twister Technologies reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Twister Technologies] reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined byTwister Technologies in its sole discretion.
Twister Technologies reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Participation in the contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Twister Technologies decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Twister Technologies,, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and other companies associated with the contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of the prize.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social network. By participating in this contest, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Twister Technologies as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
